The Casa de Sierra Nevada's restaurants are at the top of hotel dining establishments in Mexico, and the culinary choices on offer are as exceptional as the hotel itself.

Guests may choose to dine in the restaurant Sierra Nevada, located in the somewhat formal, but welcoming Casa Principal (Main House) or in the restaurant in the El Parque building, which feature traditional Mexican cuisine in a classic yet informal ambiance.

Casa de Sierra Nevada Restaurant - Casa del Parque

Nestled beneath the colonnades of the mansion, the menu features tasty Mexican specialties with exotic names and flavors, like sopa azteca, tacos a la milpa, trozo torero, mole de marilú, and leche quemada a la naranja. The adjacent Parque Benito Juárez is ideal for a shady stroll after lunch or to work up an appetite before dinner. A relaxed, informal atmosphere, the Casa del Parque is particularly good for lunch or for a low-key dinner after a day of sightseeing. Hours of operation: from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm

Casa de Sierra Nevada Restaurant - El Centro

Guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience in this stunning restaurant. It is the winner of Mexico's prestigious Distintivo H, as well as the coveted AAA Four Diamond and the Dirona awards, the only restaurant in San Miguel to receive these honors. The food is sublime, fine china and beautiful table linens adorn the tables, and the service is exemplary. Many guests opt to start dinner with the artichoke hearts and shrimp served with a light, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, followed by the fresh salmon baked to perfection in an olive crust, and end their repast with tequila crepes flambé. A private dining room for eight is perfect for a family celebration or other special occasion. In addition, there is live music Tuesday through Saturday evenings.
