A Guide to Cuernavaca

Cuernavaca, known as the City of Eternal Spring, is located 55 miles south of Mexico City and has an average climate of approximately 23°C. It is renowned as a place for tourists to come and relax and leave the stress of their work lives behind them. The town is famous for its spas and relaxing massages and therapies.

Many also go to the swimming resorts, which have fantastic facilities, and are perfect to relieve the stress of work behind. On entering the town, you are immediately struck by its beauty and historical buildings, such as the civic and religious buildings including many palaces and convents.

The Jardin Borda, the famous garden owing to its natural beauty and wealthy history. There are also excursions, which can be made out of the city to visit the archaeological sites and swimming resorts, lagoons and forests like the Xochicalco archaeological site declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
