Description

Located in Savannah, Georgia's, acclaimed historic district, The Gastonian offers bed and breakfast ambience combined with Southern charm. Savannah offers horse drawn carriage rides, various antique stores, gourmet restaurants and scenic gardens. The hotel is 12 miles from Savannah International Airport.
Built in 1868, The Gastonian is comprised of two adjacent mansions. Guests enter the hotel through a drawing room lit by a Waterford crystal chandelier and are welcomed with wine, fresh fruit and flowers. Guests can meander down a hallway offering views of the hotel garden and carriage house. Mornings bring hot breakfasts served in the quaint parlor or the privacy of guestrooms. Guests can also relax with afternoon tea and later enjoy nightly turndown service with complimentary Savannah pralines and cordials. Southern afternoons are best enjoyed on the sundeck where two spa tubs encourage additional relaxation. Guests in Savannah for business can use the hotel photocopy machines and conference facilities.

Themed suites are appointed with high ceilings and welcoming fireplaces. Guests can lounge happily in ample jetted tubs before retiring to elaborate canopied beds ideal for restful slumber.
