Location. Hotel Jerome, positioned in downtown Aspen, Colo., offers classic Western ambiance in a restored 1889 Victorian hotel. The property is seven blocks from Aspen Mountain and the Silver Queen Gondola, and three miles from the Aspen Highlands. Aspen/Pitkin County Airport is four miles away. Hotel Features. The Century Room, a formal restaurant open during evenings, presents an award winning wine list and menu of American cuisine featuring fresh ingredients. The seasonally revolving menu includes Mustard Crusted Trout, Grilled Colorado Lamb Rack and House Made Pappardelle with Winter Truffles. Reservations are encouraged. Antiques account for more than 80 percent of the furnishings at Hotel Jerome, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
