Location. The Peabody Court is located in the historic Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, Md., between the arts and business districts. The surrounding neighborhood in Baltimore's cultural district features row houses, theaters, art galleries and restaurants. Antique Row and a light rail stop are three blocks from the hotel. Hotel Features. The Peabody Court is housed in a luxury apartment building constructed in the Renaissance Revival style of the 1920s. The boutique hotel's restaurant, George's on Mount Vernon Square, serves New American cuisine with French influences.
