Hotel Features. Modern American cuisine is highlighted at One Pico, with items including Harvest Salad with Fuyu Persimmons and Bluenose Seabass with Chanterelles. Pedals Cafe presents Mediterranean influenced offerings including Tapenade Crusted Alaskan Halibut and Cider Brined Pork Chop with Rainbow Swiss Chard.
