Description |
Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio is located directly on the sandy white beaches of Perdido Key in Pensacola, Fla. The rentals are approximately 15 20 miles from the city's downtown, and are just a few minutes from the Florida/Alabama state line.
Features. This 19 story high rise offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room and a meeting room. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are available at the on site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service is also available. Seasonal children's activities, including a beach club, are provided for a fee.
Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Palacio are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Private balconies offer gulf views. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
Please Note:
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during Spring Break (3/18/07 4/14/07). Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
