Hotel Features. Since its opening day in 1894, this National Historic Landmark has endured millions in renovations and stands today unmatched in beauty and elegance. The Grand Hall lobby and lounge area welcomes Hyatt Regency guests to an allegoric hand made Tiffany stained glass window, barrel vaulted ceilings and Romanesque style architecture. As part of Union Station's redevelopment, guests of the Hyatt Regency St. Louis can easily access 11 acres of world class shopping and delectable dining in over 90 shops and restaurants. A lake, four active train tracks and a plaza for special events are featured at Union Station. The hotel's complimentary features include a cardiovascular fitness center and an outdoor pool open seasonally. Additional guest accommodations include an automated business center and concierge services. American inspired cuisine at the Station Grille Restaurant is highlighted by old time dining room décor. Public and private dining served three meals daily are part of this restaurant's services. The Grand Hall Lounge is ideal for light fare and drinks.

Guestrooms. All 539 guestrooms at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis are decorated in rich colors and antique style furniture. Guestrooms feature cable television. Internet access is available for a fee. Private baths include designer toiletries.

Expert Tip. To discover a little bit of history hidden at the Station Grille, pay attention to the wide selection of cigars on display in the historic One Ton Safe. This safe was made by the National Safe Company of Ohio and was used for the 1904 World's Fair.
