Just few steps from the sea, directly facing the wonderful "Baia di Ponente", the name of the Hotel comes from the unique colour of the shore and from the very fine black sand, which covers the beach.
Hotel Les Sables Noirs is considered one of the most important hotels in the Aeolian archipelago. It combines the naturalistic beauties with the style and the services that belong to an exclusive atmosphere. The rooms, all spacious and comfortable, are furnished in typical Mediterranean style and many of them have got a wide flowering balcony. The swimming-pool is surrounded by a garden and gives the possibility to enjoy the forms and perfumes of the local flora.
The hotel has direct access to the Restaurant "La Baia di Ponente" from the swimming-pool. The restaurant is on a wide panoramic terrace in front of the private beach, from which the guests can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that, at dusk, during the kiss between sun and sea, shows the best suggestive and vivid colours.

It is then a 45 minute hydrofoil journey to Vulcano.
